Military Working Dog Saves 6 Soldiers, Kills Terrorist

The Syrian Civil War is full of heartbreak, tragedy and death. But this Belgian Malinois saved 6 SAS soldiers who were surrounded by jihadis by taking down 3 enemy combatants.

6 British SAS were on patrol in northern Syria. They exited their vehicles to begin a foot patrol of a village. That’s when they were ambushed on all sides and surrounded.

The dog, on command, attacked one of the gunmen and reportedly ripped his throat out, killing him.

The dog went on to fight off 2 more insurgents before they beat a hasty retreat.

“The SAS found themselves in a 360-degree ambush,” a source told reporters. “The initiative was with the terrorists and the only hope for the British was to try and make a run for it.”

“The handler removed the dog’s muzzle and directed him into a building from where they were coming under fire.”

“They could hear screaming and shouting before the firing from the house stopped.”

“When the team entered the building, they saw the dog standing over a dead gunman.”

“His throat had been torn out and he had bled to death,’ the source added. “There was also a lump of human flesh in one corner and a series of blood trails leading out of the back of the building.”

“The dog was virtually uninjured. The SAS were able to consolidate their defensive position and eventually break away from the battle without taking any casualties.”

The mission commander credited the dog with saving the lives of all of his men.
