Man Accused Of Punching Pregnant Deaf Woman And Shoving Her Service Dog

A shocking video has surfaced from aboard a Frontier Airlines flight going from Colorado to Florida. For once, it's not a dog who was mistreated or sent to the wrong location, but a conflict between a deaf and pregnant handler and a man flying with his wife.

Matthew Silvay and Hazel Ramirez were traveling on the plane with their Great Dane, a service dog named Zariel, when another passenger allegedly punched the dog. Timothy Manley claims that he did not punch the dog, but did admit to shoving him out of the way due to his wife’s allergies. The incident apparently made the service dog yelp and hide under the seat.

Silvay then engaged in an argument with Manley, telling him to never touch any dog or service animal. Ramirez says that her dog was “hurt and scared” by the way that Manley handled her. As if that wasn't bad enough, as Manley went down the aisle, he allegedly punched Ramirez in the stomach and shoved her two young daughters. Ramirez is 20 weeks pregnant. When asked about it, Manley denies it and says it's “hilarious and funny that I would have punched her.”

Orlando police have turned the investigation over to the FBI, as Hazel Ramirez plans to press charges.
